Meetings in the Polka

The Polka room is a bright space with tons of windows and gorgeous exposed brick walls. This is the biggest room at Catalyst Ranch and perfect for larger groups who will have as many spaces to explore as innovative ideas to contribute. The breakout areas are along the windows and accompanied by a variety of plants. Orange, Blue, and Pink tones keep the mood warm and vibrant while staying engaged by the atmosphere. The in-room beverage station has a hutch and tiki bar with vintage glasses and mugs, your very own refrigerator, big pots of free-trade coffee and an assortment of teas.

Special Events

This is the perfect party space with enough room to dance, mingle and celebrate! The expanse of color combined with more traditional brick creates a memorable and unique experience which doesn’t lose the familiar mood of your dream occasion. The Polka room offers plenty of space for a dancefloor, band or DJ. It’s the perfect spot for a wedding reception or other large events like family reunions or retirement parties.

Meetings in the Tango

The Tango Room is bright (did someone say skylights!?) and perfect for the intimate group meetings. Though Tango is our second smallest room, it’s still equipped with all of our meeting amenities including a huge flat screen TV for presentations, dry erase boards and flipcharts. The bright Pink, Teal, and Yellow are electric and make this room even brighter! You’ll be buzzing with creative energy. Don’t forgot an adorable beverage station! It’s a versatile space for a small team who needs to get out of their cubical.

Meetings in the Jitterbug

With citrus-colored walls and plenty of natural light, The Jitterbug Room is a cheerful meeting space that sparks positivity and imaginative thought. This room is a unique L-shape designed to include multiple comfy breakout areas. There is an abundance of wall space for flipchart paper to be posted around the room and a nail strip on the brick wall holds custom-designed plasticore sheets and flipcharts to create additional workspace. 

The Jitterbug Room has one central presentation area and three breakout areas. 

Special Events

The Jitterbug Room gets you moving the second you cross its threshold. The lively green and orange color scheme screams happy feet and sets your toes to tapping. Hopefully there’s a band gearing up to start their set. In the meantime, sidle up to the vintage Tiki Bar and enjoy a cocktail and conversation with a long lost relative. Many a big birthday party has been celebrated in this room from Sweet Sixteen to the big 5-0, to a 90th! 

Meetings in the Mambo

The Mambo Room is filled with plenty of positive vibes and will immediately lift your spirits. The room is decked out with beautiful cherry wood floors, plenty of sunlight and happy blue and green tones. Enjoy a cup of coffee or have a small group breakout session in the sunny couch grouping nestled by the windows. There’s ample wall space to swap out art for flipchart pads or our customized plasticore sheets, which create even more vertical work space to suit your needs.

Special Events

Enter the Mambo Room through the vintage double French doors and you’ll find yourself in an exotic land of Indian, Thai and Indonesian puppets, hand painted flowers and lush plants. The Mambo Room lends itself to beautiful and memorable wedding ceremonies, anniversary parties, book launches and engagement parties.

MAMBO for Focus Groups

The room also has a special secret element – the large green boards with painted ethnic patterns hide two-way mirrors. If rented along with the Foxtrot Room for focus groups, the Mambo turns into the largest, most flexible respondent room in the city. Clients watch from the Foxtrot Room. Meetings in the Foxtrot

The Foxtrot Room is cute and cozy and perfect for the most intimate meetings. Though Foxtrot is our smallest room, it’s still equipped with all of our meeting amenities including a large screen HDTV for presentations and an entire wall of dry-erase boards. It’s the perfect space for a small team who just need a quiet getaway from their own offices! 

FOXTROT for Focus Groups

Peek behind the dry erase boards to find our two-way mirrors. When rented along with the Mambo Room for focus groups, the dry erase boards come off and the Foxtrot Room transforms into the coolest client viewing room in town.
