Combining mind + body, a 30-minute express yoga class led by Lisa Scurlock of Gratitude Yoga will be followed by a 30-minute nutrition discussion led by Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Maya Bach.

Maya Bach is a Registered Dietitian with a private practice specializing in one-on-one counseling focusing on weight management, plant-based nutrition and digestive health. Bridal + Wedding Wellness packages available upon request as well as Workplace Wellness Workshops.
Lisa Scurlock is the owner and instructor from Gratitude Yoga – receiving her Yoga teacher training and certification in 2012 from yogaview in Chicago and also her Yoga Sculpt certification from Chicago Athletic Club in 2013. As an instructor since 2012, she has taught community Yoga classes at various lululemon and Athleta locations, as well as volunteered for build-ON Chicago and GirlForward. She traveled to Haiti to teach yoga and dance to under privileged children and has been honored one of Chicago’s top rated Yoga Instructors by ClassPass.
