Catalyst Ranch is best known as a creative meeting venue in Chicago, providing an inspiring environment where companies large and small come together for brainstorming sessions, product development, training, and corporate retreats.  However, did you know that the innovation continues after hours?  We love to bring folks from the creative community together to exchange ideas, network, and, of course, enjoy some fabulous refreshments!  Stay hip to what’s next at the Ranch by checking out the Happenings Page on our blog!  You are invited to our next event, Working Health: Employee Life and Health Redefined, which is coming right up on September 4!  You don’t want to miss this unique opportunity to meet experts in the health, beauty, and culinary fields at Catalyst Ranch!

Working Health will give you tools and meaningful exercises that you and your employees can use to relieve stress both at work and at home. Rejuvenate your employees (and yourself) and create a healthy, happy and productive workplace.  Chef HC Choi, co-owner of Healthful Habits, will lead an interactive cooking demo of delicious, clean, plant based foods and prepare a four-course gourmet meal and wine pairing for guests to enjoy!  You can also take part in a discussion with a panel of experts outlining the benefits of integrated health, decoding health and beauty products, and plant based foods.

We are delighted to be partnering with Gloria Athanis and Chef HC Choi of Healthful Habits, Inc. for Working Health.  Many of the Ranch Hands got to meet Ms. Athanis when we were expanding the healthy options we offer our clients.  She inspired many of us to make our own healthy lifestyle adjustments and pay it forward by sharing our own tips for wellness in the workplace.  The mission of Healthful Habits is to create and curate healthy plant based foods and to impart knowledge and passion about living a healthy lifestyle through unique, interactive programs that are both engaging and educational.  Their services include Health and Wellness Education, Cooking Demos, Corporate Team Building Events, Healthy Living Seminars, and Personal Health Consulting.
