Did you know that approximately 1 billion trees worth of paper is thrown away every year in the U.S.?
Did you know that Americans use 2,500,000 plastic bottles every hour and that most of them are thrown away?
You might find it interesting to know that when you toss out one aluminum can you waste as much energy as if you’d filled the same can half-full of gasoline and poured it out on the ground!
In an effort to help clean up the environment, Catalyst Ranch has officially “gone green.” Whoa! Hold your horses! This doesn’t mean that we have eliminated any of our seaport blue, yellow haze, tawny day lily or passion plum. It simply means that we have stepped up our efforts to treat Mother Earth with the same kind of “champagne service” that all our clients and guests receive. All flipchart paper, copies, cardboard, cans and bottles are recycled. We've switched to energy saving light bulbs where possible.
