Sloppy Joe Casserole
4 tbsp Olive Oil
2 Chopped Onions
2 Cloves Minced Garlic
2 lbs Ground Beef
1 Can of Corn, drained (if desired)
2 Cups Ketchup
4 tbsp Molasses
1 tbsp Chili Powder
1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
4 cups Cheddar Cheese, grated
2 tbsp Melted Butter
1 Package of Premade Dinner-roll Dough
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and saute onions and garlic until soft. Add ground beef and cook until brown. Stir in corn, ketchup, molasses, chili powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and pepper, if desired, for taste. Simmer for about 15 minutes. Remove from heat and transfer to a 3-quart casserole dish, and sprinkle with cheese. Separate dinner roll dough and place along the perimeter of the casserole dish, or on top. Brush tops of rolls with some melted butter. Bake until rolls are golden brown and cheese is melted, about 25 minutes.
