What do you do at Catalyst Ranch?

I help clients who want to hold meetings at the Ranch. I want everyone to have an amazing time so I help them with all of the details to make their meeting go off without a hitch.

How did you learn about Catalyst Ranch?

I was searching for a venue for a party and the Ranch came up. I ended up not having the event, but not long after found out that my best friend Tatiana got a job here as a ranch hand. I eventually came in as an admin, and was afforded the opportunity to move up to Client Services manager when a coworker was getting ready to leave.

Do you have a favorite story of something funny or weird that happened at the Ranch?

Every day here so far has been a ball. I don’t have any specific stories that come to mind yet, but I’m sure that’s going to change very soon.

What do you like about working at the Ranch?

I love the people that work here. Everyone has been so nice and welcoming since my first day here.  I like walking through the hall and hearing guests gush about how much they enjoy the space. Everyone should want to have that level of pride for where they work.

What was your initial reaction to the environment?  What was your first impression of the Ranch?  How did it make you feel?

My initial reaction was that there was so much to look at. It was almost sensory overload, but in a good way. I wanted to touch everything.

Tell me about a moment in life that made you proud, either of yourself or of a friend?

The moment that made me the most proud was graduating with my Bachelor Degree. I was a teen mom and had taken a very long time to finish my degree, but my son telling me how proud he was of me to have finished my degree was the icing on the cake. A lot of people thought I’d never finish that degree, but I did, and now I’m a month away from graduating with my Masters!

What kind of projects or hobbies have you been working on outside the Ranch?

I love to cook and grill and sew. Those are my three loves. I also love to read. I don’t do a lot of the sewing or reading because my son has so many sports and activities, so I’m mostly a sports mom right now.

Any other fun facts about you? What else do you want our readers to know?

I have a public love affair with dairy, I love cold weather, and I almost always have my nails decorated in the most festive and colorful art.
